What is the Leadership Program
The heart of VLA is to disciple our students and prepare them to go out in the world and represent Jesus. The leadership program consists of an intentional and methodical approach to developing Christian leaders.

Students will go through a set number of weeks in intensive bible training which include memorization of scripture, apologetics, exegesis (critical explanation/interpretation of scripture)

Each year students will participate in service projects within the community.

Includes helping students to do career and college planning. *Students will also develop and execute two entrepreneurial projects during the year.

Students will build personal profiles by taking personality traits and spiritual gifts assessments which will give them a deeper understanding of who they are.

Students will be challenged each week to apply the skills they are being taught for example, communicating, goal setting, problem solving, relationship building, etc.
